Beautycounter is BACK—I know some of you have been missing your favorites and I’m so excited to share the news that Beautycounter has relaunched!
They are now called just “Counter”, but with the same mission and CLEAN, safe products while keeping performance as a top priority. (If it doesn’t work like it's supposed to, nobody will care how clean it is.)
What makes me happiest is that what I feared is NOT happening…
I was afraid they’d have all new products instead of keeping what we already loved, but thankfully they ARE keeping many of our favorites!! So far many of their best sellers are coming back and hopefully more later. Some products have been tweaked, but in good ways…
- For example, the Countermatch line is now “CounterGlow” and still targeted to normal/dry skin—only they added some plumping ingredients and upgraded the line. The cleanser is new and better; the toner doubles as a hydrating facial mist (can be applied throughout the day as a ‘refresh' and can be even be sprayed on top of makeup without ruining it because the droplets are so micro-fine); the new serum has THREE types of hyaluronic acid (super hydrating and helps prevent wrinkles); and the Adaptive Moisturizer is back and better, that one was always my favorite moisturizer. (The new one is delayed though, so the old one is still available for now.)
- They still have the Countertime line that we all loved too, for mature skin and anti-aging, but now they not only have the Bakuchiol ingredient from before (works like Retinol only it’s actually safe), but also two *additional* retinol alternative ingredients to keep your face younger looking and even to reverse signs of aging.
Remember that with skincare, the order to use the products is always this:
- Cleanse
- Prep (toner)
- Treat (serum)
- Protect (moisturize)
I clean and prep then do the serum and moisturize step together and the whole thing only takes a couple minutes tops.
What else is back?
- Also returning is the very popular vitamin C serum (brightens up your face and also helps with uneven skin tone and decreases dark areas), the Lotus Glow Cleansing Balm (I keep that one in the shower for washing my face and it feels so good), and the daily sheer defense 25 spf facial sunscreen to go under makeup if you'd like, and that one also hydrates.
- The makeup best sellers that are returning are Skin Twin foundation (good coverage but doesn't feel or look heavy or caked on), Dew Skin Tinted Moisturizer (sunscreen & light foundation together), and Sheer Genius Conditioning lipstick (stays on but doesn't feel heavy).

What's different?
This part is not like before: in order to stay counted as my customer and so I can continue to help you if anything comes up, you’ll need to click one of my links each time you shop, or just go here: KellytheKitchenKop.com/Counter.
Or make sure it says at the top, “shopping with Kelly Moeggenborg”, then opt-in to share your contact details with me. That way I can continue to support you in every way.
Another thing that's different (but won't affect you OR me actually) is that Counter is not a multi-level company like Beautycounter was, but I was never great at building a team under me anyway!
Specific product links:
Eventually I hope to make new Counter links to specific products, but for now, just go here to shop and use the search bar to find what you’re looking for.
Important note about Crunchi and Pure Haven links:
FYI, the links at this Beautycounter swaps post will still go to the Crunchi or Pure Haven swap links, so if you’re loving those products, you can still find what you want there. 🙂
Any questions, just shoot me an email! [email protected].
Happy shopping!
